About
From 2008 to today.
DOLLY YANG was founded in 2008. Eighteen years have passed since then.
Over those years, the company has grown step by step, building experience in work connected with forensic science and DNA laboratories in the public security sector. From our early involvement in procurement projects for Wujiang’s police DNA laboratory to later projects in Taicang and Suzhou, the dates and project records tell part of the story of how DOLLY YANG has developed.

With time, we have come to understand that customers look beyond what a company offers. They also want to know what it has done, how long it has worked in the field, and whether they will still be able to reach it when they need help in the years ahead. Trust takes time. It grows through the details of working together.
That is why we value the chance to speak with users face to face: to hear about their work, pick up the tools and follow each step. Sometimes it takes a little more conversation to understand a need clearly. Some problems only become clear in the setting where a tool is actually used. These conversations, just as much as our project experience, are part of what we have learned over the years.

Looking back, our years in business have left us with project records and plenty of things we still want to think through. Where could we do better? Which needs have we not yet understood well enough? We are willing to keep taking the time to find out. Even after many years, there is still more to learn.
We hope that people getting to know DOLLY YANG for the first time can understand us a little better through these experiences. And we hope that those who already know us can see that we are still here, in the same field, continuing with the practical work.
What we want for the years ahead is quite simple. We want to keep this company going and take care of the trust built little by little over the years. Years from now, when you need us, we hope you can still find DOLLY YANG—and someone willing to sit down and listen while you explain what you need.
