We considered storage and transport together when choosing the paperboard. Moisture needs to escape, and the box needs to hold its shape. We chose breathable, firm and resilient paperboard that resists damage and deformation from knocks and pressure in transit.

A resilient foam insert holds the swabs. It accommodates small differences in shaft thickness to keep them securely in place.

Designed for storage, handling and transport
Making a swab storage box is not difficult. What we put our thought into is making storage, handling and transport a little easier for the people who use it.
The result is still a simple paper box. The care taken over the paperboard and the tolerance built into the foam become details that are easy to overlook. We hope customers never have to worry about them, and simply feel that every part of this box has been thought through.
